PERSONAL PROGRESS AND DEVELOPMENT II

Status : Core Pre-requisite : GNCT 13022 Co-requisite : None

 

On completion of this course, the student should be able to:

  • Demonstrate understanding of the importance of personal branding including preparation of convincing resumes and facing interviews confidently
  • Demonstrate understanding of taking care of physical and mental health;  demonstrate improved levels of oral and written communication skills
  • Demonstrate improved levels of professional attributes essential for success in the global business environment.

Personality development & Personal branding, Leadership, Team building, Personal goal setting, Personal grooming, Communication & Presentation skills, Time management, Successful interviewing, Taking care of mental health, Food & Nutrients, First-aid & Life support, Etiquette(s), Social & physical environmental sensitivity.

This course will be delivered as a combination of class room instruction; guest lectures from professionals in related areas, and outbound activity based learning.
