PERSONAL PROGRESS AND DEVELOPMENT I

On completion of this course, the student should be able to:

  • Demonstrate understanding of aspects of good leadership
  • Demonstrate understanding of the importance of team work in organizations and need to align/manage interests and efforts of diverse groups to meet organizational objectives
  • Demonstrate improved levels of communication, leadership and team capabilities
  • Demonstrate improved levels of professional attributes essential for success in the global business environment.

Personality development & Personal branding, Leadership, Team building, Personal goal setting, Personal grooming, Communication & Presentation skills, Time management, First-aid & Life support, Etiquette, Social & physical environmental sensitivity.

This course will be delivered as a combination of in-class and outbound activity based learning.
